You have 4 hours to cancel or change your order after placing it
What Can Be Changed?
Within 4 hours, you can modify the following:
Size
Change product size
Color
Change product color
Quantity
Change order quantity
Shipping Address
Update delivery address
How to Cancel or Change Your Order
Go to "Contact Us"
Navigate to our Contact Us page or customer support section
Create a Ticket
Submit a support ticket with your order details and requested changes
⚠️ Important: After 4 Hours
When it is more than 4 hours after placing an order, Bluprinter refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.
Once the 4-hour window has passed, your order will enter production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Delivery Address Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct.
